Oskill named Exorcism damage type is magic/physical
so i dont need to get more enhanced damage right ? What i should add more damage for exorcism skill ?

If duration on Rapture oskill is 10 secs - then no effect, ye. But i think you just confused that on pal skill duration is at least 30 sec, but it comes from base point self-synergy. Without any points - base duration is just 10 sec.

1000% is the cap from one source , i don't know if there's a cap from multiple sources , but in case that there is such a cap i don't think it is reachable
So the "lucky bonus", I get it that every item can be rolled only once per game.
But I'm trying to understand: is each and every item "set" to have only one outcome from this roll and it is 1/5 chance that this particular item can even get the bonus?
I was trying to roll a lucky bonus on an item quite a few times (at least 20 rolls), while just going back to the saved aside save file if the item didn't get the bonus, and the outcome was always the same - in this case no bonus. I know that it is only 20% success rate but with 20 rolls it seems suspicious not to get it.

Luck Bonus is a preset item quality. If the item is destined to fail, it will fail every time, even with game reroll or save files.
