I use glide and play in windowed mode. Every time I create or leave a game, I get a little spot in the top left of my screen that displays all the letters on the keyboard. It adds probably 15 seconds to my mf runs. Is there a way to avoid this and create and exiting games faster?

That's a specific problem of glide. Seltsamuel fixed this glide error in D2SE, but he won't tell anyone how he did it. I know because I asked him.

The only option to fix it for now is to switch from glide to something else. (Though that might cause comptability problems). And yeah, that also happens in fullscreen mode. I know because I have the same issue. But I have an SSD as a hard drive, that's why it only takes 2 seconds max.

Don't bother. You can't play sigma with D2SE anymore, because it has lost its comptability. I just said that D2SE fixed that bug, but the creator doesn't want anyone else to know how to fix it. So the only choice left for you is to change from Glide to DirectDraw or Direct3D

Gotcha. Unfortunately my laptop makes me enter and leave games even slower than using the glide option, when I use the other video options, lol

Cannot really find anything reliable on the internet so was hoping someone can shed some light into the following:

"15% Ctc lvl 5 Javelin on Striking"

1. What is "Javelin"? Just a normal Javelin Throw? Must be more than that I guess since it has varying levels. What's the damage? Is it AOE or Single Target? What damage type?
2. Ctc = Chance to cast right? Is this spell automatically cast if it procs? Or does my character have to perform a cast-animation?
3. "on Striking" works for range as well? I have seen someone saying yes but could you confirm please?

Javelin is a proc skill that throws a Javelin at the target. Cannot confirm the damage of it, however.

I see some of the old guides saying to put Perfect Rainbow Stones in weapons for CB.

I also see that in Sigma CB no longer works on bosses, so I guess this is no longer a good idea. If so - what to do now?

In a bow user, is it better to go for Life After Kill (rubies) or use something that gives life leech? Or something else?
Especially if it's like D2 where I think you couldn't leech from skeletons or undead or something.
