Figured, guess I'm going to make a poison/lightning sorc at some point once I can twink her out.

I'm struggling with The Triune boss. I had charmed Arihan and been keeping it up while he wailed on the messenger and I was standing next to the both of them with the book in hand. I did this for an entire hour and Arihan's health barely dropped at all. Any tips to make it go faster?

Did you remember to re-equip the book every time you died?

Shoot, that's a thing? I just gotta pick it up outta the inventory and put it back?

Yes, otherwise the aura won't work.

Edit: On speedcalc, is paladin's Dragonknight morph the same as the old Dragonform in terms of breakpoints?

AFAIK ye. It's the same morph with the same breakpoints. Breakpoints for different morphs hardcoded in core or base MPQs maybe..

Noctule

, one random rare with Oskill danse macabre - it's the same as spin 2 win but easier to find. With the initiate skill you have maxblock at 3550 dex. Juris dies after 1-2 spins.

You can also do it without Noctule, just get a bunch of jewels, make them rare, and reroll them with the A2 dragon until they give you ~50 life. And some other good modifiers like FHR, FRW... it's not that hard, just danse your way through the bridge, pick up the charm and die.

It even tells you to do so on the book. :mrgreen:

What are the differences between the crushing blow and deadly strike?

deadly strike is chance to deal double (physical) damage, crushing blow is chance to reduce enemy's remaining life by X% amount.
