Will character names all be cleared for use with the TSW wipe?

1. There's no cap for Spell Damage. Get as much as you can. Aim for -100 enemy resists. -200 number was mentioned because of heroic bosses which are long gone in the new patch. Note that since now it may be very difficult to get -100 enemy resists because of no correspondent MO's available;

2. Yes, but this is optional unless you are a summoner or don't want to bother resummoning minions. 75% minion res are good for Destruction but minions will not be immune unlike on the other two difficulties. Again, with the new patch the numbers may vary since we don't know the changes yet.

Yes, Just have two installs of diablo II on the computer and one for each.

More rare than a normal set piece, but, imo, less rare than MNX/Fire set pieces. Laz's sash is more expensive, tho.
