They only take cold dmg. The ultra ice only takes dmg when there is no ice elemental nearby. The same applies to the other elements/physical/magical.

That's why luring doesn't work^^ you have to kill them.

In vendor I can buy only orbs "all resist 5%" so max on honorific its 30%, can I buy other resist orbs for only fire, etc? Or need drop unique..?

resist-orbs for one element you can buy for rings and amus.
