afaik, no.

its all on the area lvl and the rarity of item type. Some ubers have bias that u can read about in the docs

no, i didnt mean the rare/unique/su/sets bias, i mean the base item which drop. Also how do i know about the area lvl on each act, and is the higher area lvl will drop a higher quality item(item with quality level 90)?

the higher the alvl , the higher the monster's level , the higher their treasure class. So in a nutshell , yes alvl matters for ilvl. IIRC alvl99 starts from Terror act4 river of flame (im not sure of it tho) with the entire Destruction being alvl99.

When you put something up for auction and people bid, does the TG automatically go to your amount after each bid or at the end of it?

NVM - Answered. Someone bid at the very end and my TG went up.

One more question, is a bidder allowed to back out after the auction ends or is there some sort of penalty.

If you're the auctioneer, you receive the TG automatically for each bid.

If you're a bidder, your TG automatically goes to the person. If you're outbid, it's automatically returned to you.

Added to my question about bidders backing out after auction ends.

Not sure what you mean by backing out. If you place your bid, you can't remove it. It can only be outbid by another.

I mean like what if they don't want the item. Like demand that they don't want to do the trade anymore.

Sorry to repost but no-one replied.

Do Paladin resurrections benefit from +% minion life/damage/ resist MO?

If they do then am I correct in thinking the best resurrect build would probably be a minion build?

Are summoned ubers like Akarat and Jitan supposed to drop random items like potions? I've seen them drop these occasionally.

Can't do anything about it then. If you bid, you buy if you win, unless the seller decides to trade back to you afrter its done
