After playing median for so long, I still have problems leveling 50-70 (Act 1 - Beggining of Act 2 of terror).
But the problem doesn't lie with difficulty, but the fact that I have problems getting my gear upgraded.
It's mostly about mid level runewords. Runes seem to drop up to lvl 40. And I am not going to spend all my life just farming billions of lower level runes to cube em into high ones...

I have this problem everytime I lvl up a character. Once I reach lvl 50-70, I am stuck until I get good runes that will boost me well enough so I can continue lvling again.

I dont know... I just feel like average rune lvl in that area is just too low for what I have to fight...

Do you guys ever had problem like this during lvling in that area? How to overcome it if you can't mule high lvl runes? Do you guys recommend any places to try to farm runes on act 1 of terror?

You can make the unique version of tiered items with the unique creation recipe. Usually they are the best items to use while leveling, can even last until destruction. You can also uptier existing items, up to tier 6 (tier is the number in the bracket at the end of the item). No need for runes.

this might seem like a dumb question about poison damage but here goes.. according to the median wiki site regarding poison damage

"2. Poison damage doesn't stack. If you hit an enemy with an attack that does 100 damage per second, twice, you won't do 200 damage per second. What actually happens is that the highest damage per second is applied."

This makes sense to me if you're a monster being attacked by an individual player over and over again with the same poison spell. But what happens when two separate players attack the same monster with the same type of poison spell. Would the poison damage the monster experiences /second be the stacked damage from both player's individual highest dps-ing spell cast, or would the monster only take poison damage from the spell/player with the highest DPS?

If the poison damage is stacked when two players are attacking a single monster, is the new change to scorpion blade damage like having each missile seem like it's coming from a unique source/player?

hopefully that makes sense. trying to understand exactly what changed regarding scorpion blade and it's (almost) unique "active poison damage" type.
