Bad luck honestly. There's something like 40 or 50 possible affixes you can roll, and you roll 4 at at time.

is not a charm, its a ring.

Hi,
I am kinda noob on this mob and i have a question,

With my barb, if i use my oskil GotW given by my hammerheadaxe (GotW lvl 30 or so) and after that my shield give me a proc on kill of Gotw to a lower lvl, which one will be active ?

Should i left my shield if my GotW is more effective on my axe ?
Does the + all skill affect the oskill GotW ?

Pretty sure -135 for normal enemies and -170 for bossses is all you need.

I am wondering which areas are better to farm emblems ... I have yet to find one in Duncraig for example (after a lot of runs). So, which are the areas where I have more chances to find them?

they're just a random world drop, don't expect to find/farm any, just kill mobs, the more you kill the higher the chance to get an emblem.
