1. What does Wyrd gain with levels of the skill? Seems only the manacost increases... Also, is there a way to remove its 0.2s cooldown?

2. Does "% Bonus to Buff/Debuff/Cold Skill Duration" stat affect buffs/debuffs that you get from procs? Like Bloodlust on kill, Doom on kill etc.

3. Is there a limit on the amount of UMOs you can apply to an item? (similar to how you can only apply 5 normal MOs of one type)

4. How many victims does skill "Sacrifices" actually call to slaughter? Is it visually correct or are some of them actually invisible (or simply without a model)?

1. Only cooldown reduce, after 0,2 there is no benefit.
2. Yes it does.
3. No, you can add as many as your level allows.
4. I believe it's something between 10-15. It used to increase with skill points but was removed propably due to lag and abuse issues.

My friend equipped 2 Wizardspikes on a barb today, with 1 Wizardspike D2Stats says that he has -70% enemy ele res, as expected. With 2 Wizardspikes it says he has 0. Is that a bug, a visual D2Stats miscalculation or is dual-wielding Wizardspikes a forbidden act against nature, god and everything that's good?)

Also, is it true that passive uberskills like Paragon can no longer spawn on The Buried Hawk amulet? What about modern cotw jewels? Can they have passives at all?

Some orange modifiers (esp most powerful) not working when dual wield (no matter if you wield 2 weapons of same type or just single - these modifiers will only work if you wearing weapon+shield or weapon only).
