how does Ignore Target Defense works , does it work in labs and mobs except uber boss?

It caps your hit chance (95%), should work against all except corrupted/goat (iirc) and bosses in lab, wouldnt bother using it for lab though as you'll want decent ar for mobs that are immune to itd anyways, its mainly used for farming with str based chars.

ITD doesn't work at all after tier 4 lab
