Which paladin build/spec has the best potential for completing level 130 content?

All of them except maybe summoner. I recommend looking at the unholy branches of melee and caster. The forum has good guides and is suitable for a beginner

I’ve been away for awhile, and I’m trying to get back up to speed, so I have a few quick questions:

1.) Do Amazon Defenders appear during the Level Challenge, or only in Hell TA?
2.) Since all Unique Rings, Amulets, and Jewels are marked as “Sacred,” can they now only drop in areas where Sacred Uniques can drop?
3.) Due to the res penalty reductions in Nightmare and Hell, can summons now effectively get a max of 80% res in Hell?

Pretty sure it's just related to the previous "sacred" rings and amulets that couldn't be disenchanted, since TU rings and amulets still drop. So you can disenchant all of the garbage rings and amulets in duncraig and fauzt that you had to leave on the ground.
