Yes, but base heal and % modifiers have been nerfed quite a bit since it was to strong.
You can't snapshot % fromMalus Domestica, though because Healing effect goes off as soon as you unequip the item - regardless of whether you have or did not have eaten an apple while wearing it.Malus Domestica
