How does Requirements -x% works? When I wear such item I can't see any difference.

Nope. They didn't upgrade SU's btw, they made the used SU to "drop again", output was random.

Next question: I'm trying to farm up some SSU's. My character can comfortably farm Fauztinville and Duncraig. Does the sacred drop bias in Duncraig warrant farming there even though it is alvl 125 (as opposed to Fauztinville's alvl 130)?

Dungraig is the best place to farm SSUs, even more so now with Goblins since the Rift Inspectors drop even more sacreds. It’s worth farming both locations really

I had some good drops SSU in Teganze too. The drops are more rare, but most of all my unique drops were SSU there.
