Druid bear companion benefits from minion life and resists still right? The tooltip says no minion damage stats. And I would think 5 points gets you the 75% base?

Do magic (blue) items spawn with the same affixes as rares (yellow).
In Clod blues used to have higher rolls than rares, but not sure if it's the same in median.
The affix calculator doesn't say.

They do. Blues get up to 2 affixes, rares 3-6, crafts 4 + shrine bonuses. All from the same pool.

depends on conversion. For this charm 500% need to max (150/30=5 > 5 times 100% damage to undead/demons).

Is it possible to kill Inarius as poison sorc? I have most of mid/endgame gear, but I seem to do little or no damage. I have about 130% pierce, do I need more?

Divine judgment says it does 66% weapon dmg so does that mean that each of those little stars are each 66% weapon dmg? and if so does that mean that the stars work with life leech and life on striking?

Yes.
