Can anyone tell me how the hell this guy got 333-1000 rainbow dmg on this helm, when i have the same runeword in a T6 helm and mines the base 99-250? https://i.imgur.com/ibLA4tz.png

There was a number crunch when mxl17 came out, power is relative.

Is there any use of this ?

Yeah you can get a signet of learning from it, or give it to an a1 merc.

That's just from the old patch long ago, and the damage has been reworked in recent patch.

Im guessing the minigames have been moved to Destruction difficulty as well?

Minigames has been removed completely.

There is a whole extra area tagged onto Travincal with multiple different entrances in it and there is also the Teganze Forest which is huge.
