How to calculate the reduced basic attack speed?
For example, XAZAX, NEPHALEM'S SACRIFICE, phoboss
They all have a debuff to reduce attack speed
But it's not as simple as reducing 20% and adding 20%

As I read, on IED weapon, only EWD can increase flat physical dam that come from other sources.

old stat from before the base was changed to IED
does basically nothing now
will the the uber quest with the new unique relics be available in the new patch?
