Ok so the new jav zon build has a passive talent called indominable and it stops block rating from going below 50%. Why would it not be 50% if I have enough dex? like where in the game does the player lose stat points?

samael and djmensional labyrinth 7+ enemies reduce your maximum block chance

im not found a info for that corrupted crystal, and cubed my weapon with it ... now it has lvl req 240 -.- can i rollback it anyway?

The patch notes say, and when you right click the crystal it will say, that there is a chance for this to happen. It's a risk you take with our new corruption crystals. You have a chance for something powerful, for nothing to happen, or to brick your item.

That's the point of the risk. Not knowing what could happen, whether good or bad, or nothing at all. As I said, what is stated is that there's a chance to "make your character unusable".

What does the word bricked mean to you? Will you feel better if it just reroll as a blank item?

Yes, as I mentioned, the corruption crystal has a chance to brick/make your item unusable.
