yes. crafted item = shrine bonuses + 4 rare stats (at ilvl99) + double mo bonus

ilvl stays the same so you can roll as many times as you want with the same item. jsut try it out, you can't break anything. only the stats of your rare will be lost and rerolled.

Sorry, I thought the rare modifiers of your original rare item stack with the rare modifiers and present modifiers from shrinecrafting.
Anyways, which is better: rare items or crafted items? Jewel-wise, as well?

He asked what is better: crafted items/jewels or rare items /jewels. Obviously crafted is better. Not sure who mentioned blessed jewels here. So I don't know what you're talking about.
