You should be able to copy your online character file to single player. I'm pretty sure I did this years ago. Let me look into it real quick and get back to you.

edit: Looks like they've removed the d2s files from the tsw save folder to prevent tampering.

Orb of Annihilation, it seems that the dmg outcome is not affacted at all by +%spell damage, only + skill level. I know that it was nerfed (cut in half damage and mana cost), but in the past +%spell damage gave some boost didnt it?

it's not about the req level but about it's category

SSSU can only drop in 130+ areas
