“Slow Attackers" doesnt work when hit by spells, right?

I play with an amazon (bloodstorm skill). She has a passiv which slows enemys (defensive harmony). I use just this spell, and I think slow works with spells too. I see mobs moving slower, then before the shots. But I'm not a professional player, maybe other "old player" can say more than I did.

He has Buried Hawk with Gladiator's Dominance.

He has Gladiator Dominance from Buried hawk amu - +5% block chance, he would have 75%block with like 3k dex.

DH slow is a bit different than "slow attacker". DH doesn't even require mobs to hit you to get slowed, just targeting you or Elementals is enough, but slow attacker requires a melee hit (can't remember if ranged attackers get slowed but spell casters certainly won't).

That's too hard. I don't have that amulet. Do you know any other way?
