build work? Found one some time ago and thought about giving it a go at some point. I quess it will need top tier items, at least well rolled

could be nice add with thunderhammer proc to go with spiral dance. 25% str/vit does not hurt either. Maybe gg crafted barb helm with kraken stance could be better though.

Only sacred items can be crafted, but affixpool should be same for rare tiered ones with high ilvl.

^ if you are going to make use of the kraken stance o-skill, I would also throw on a crafted barb helm with it as well. But it probably makes more sense to use a different stance.

Is it possible to reroll TU's? I have a TU(4) Boots but it doesn't have any movespeed bonus which makes my character wall like a turtle

You can just re-craft it using your current one as the base. Still takes two crystals though.

Does -enemy resistance have an effect on flat elemental damage from weapons?

on my bowzon and it says that ecstatic frenzy doesn't lower your defense, but my defense drops to -190 when I turn it on, despite using the bow. What's happening here?

It seems that the bow in-game has different mods that the one linked, I dunno what to do here

Its not. Items dropped before the change are not changed. I have a trophied akarat charm, and a hellreach with +140 max dmg, and a witchhunters hood with +20% dex/str in sp for example.
