well no not really, but if you want to fix something that is seemingly very easy but you can't it can get frustrating
plus i like to customize my things, same example as changing unique item color which i guess can be done via the .mpq file
for instance, d2se v2.2.0 has no icon in the add/remove programs which i managed to change
went in regedit, found it's location under uninstall and added a string value named DisplayIcon which points at unins000.exe
