so I rolled an assassin to 100 to try them out. I see the vessel oskill in the skill tray and can select it, but it's redded out and uncastable. Is there some obvious reason why? I've got enough mana

Hi, is inmate tri elemental damage (such as in Starhawk) three times more effective than only one source of elemental damage? I.e., is 40% of dexterity added as tri ele damage equal to 40% of dex added as cold, another 40% added as fire and 40 added as lightning?
