It can be found on the Supremacy RW xbow (elemental runes) if you want a cheaper version. thats what the video uses

I see in some videos that whenever a for example a set item drop, a message pops up in chat. Is this a plugin? Is it built into multiplayer or is it something I can fix for SP aswell?
