You can only use regular/superior items for runeword. Those are white of grey text. Ideally you want a good superior modifier.

With the change to crystal sword speed modifier going from -20 to -15 does anyone know how much ias should be added to the weapon to hit max frames?

does the countess's box only drops runes during 1st clear now? tested that second run on her on normal/nightmare, it has the "smoke animation" towards the box, but the box doesn't "open" and drop runes like the 1st.
