SSSU can only drop in 130+ areas

Left to right is SU, SSU, SSSU.

If there's only 2 means there's no SSSU for that item class.

I don't think there's a best place. As long as the mobs have green names/HP bars, it's the right mobs.

Astrogha help. Im having a hard time with that uber. im playing a bear druid and rend have too big aoe to not kill a lot of totems when I hit Astrogha. Any tiered uniques or runewords I can make that will help with the boss? (Charged Strike is only on su items, so can't make that. Only hope that a items with that skill drops)

They weren't asking about required level, and the "category" answer doesn't generalize. ilvl 110 amulets, for instance, are between SU and SSU.

Savi_, in general the item level needs to be equal or less than the area level. There are a couple of exceptions to this (TA is level 118 but I believe the priestesses are level 121), but it basically doesn't make a difference for what you find in practice.

Yes all of them need to be charged.

Dream fragment 1-5 and star chart 1-4 are used to upgrade dimensional key charm.

Barbarian/Necromancer/Amazon/Gharbad the Weak/Phoboss drop dream fragments (one each).
Assasin/Navigator/Unstable Anomaly/Abyssal Shrine Bosses drop star charts (one each).
They drop any level in which these minibosses spawn.

Cube all 4 star chart pieces first, then cube the result with dream fragments 1 2 3 4 5 and the key.
