Which trick? Double MO weapon RW = reroll. If you make a RW and MO it the Mos disappear if you disjunct the RW. The ones you applied before making the RW don't disappear.

Can you mo a base item, shrine craft it, and break caps, like you would with runewords?
Do skills like pounce, shunpo, and harbringer proc melee procs on the one target they jump to?

You can't shrine craft base items - just rare/set/imbued/unique?/whatever I forgot items. If you craft it with a shrine all the modifiers get rerolled - it's a new item and loses all old modifiers and MOs.

No they don't. These skills are incredibly useful and they are and no real melee hits so no they don't as this would be too imba.

On attack = melee proc.

What about plain on attack procs?

on attack procs don't work with any of those skills.

Is there anyone who tried meteor shower build?

Shrine vessels r not a server-only item, u can make them on sp too.
