In old versions of D2/MXL, there was a difference between skill IAS and item IAS. Skill IAS was "better".
Is this no longer the case and are they the same now?

(e.g.: Spark of Hope 30% IAS == 30% IAS on glove?)

I want to calculate the IAS I need for Hand of God breakpoint.
Now, in the speedcalc (https://dev.median-xl.com/speedcalc/) there is only one box for IAS.
This is confusing me, as there used to be a seperate box for skill IAS.
Can someone explain this to me? I'd much appreciate
