Sorry for bad english. Some question:
1. where are droped emblems for sparta bow, i cant find gust 1?
2.How work flat dr? First flat dr, or %dr? If i have 100% dr i go full nvulnerable?
3. What is testament of the apes set? Cant find information about this.
4. Why windowmaker dont skell with phys/mag spellpower? It's a bug?
5. Is elemental glory still awaible? What stats have this ring?

if you mean the diety bow emblems can drop anywhere
you cannot become invulnerable, dr cap is 50 i think but not sure

Why is it that when you equip an item with "-50% Target Defense" or "Ignores Target Defense" that your character page hit % doesn't automatically show up as 95%?

Check the patch notes. It was removed.

Because it only works on general monsters. Doesn't work on bosses -- ITD doesn't at least. Dunno if -defense per hit or 50% works though, but yea also probably some type of hardcoding thing. I dunno.

Anyone else have some clarification on whether -50% Target Defense works on bosses as well? I'd really like to know for sure before planning out a build

-% target defense works at half values vs champions and bosses on cLoD (so your 50% would in fact work at 25% vs champs and bosses), but it does work against them. i suppose nothing's changed in median about that stat, but dont take it from me.

Does cap 50% for damag reduction includes skills? for example I have around 30 % DR on gear and then 35% DR from Idol of Scolgen, can my DR exceed 50% and reach 65% DR or is it capped at 50%?
