Can unsocket recipe be done on eth items? I've noticed eth items can't undergo some recipes and I have a pair of eth toesies I want to wear but don't want to put the jewels in if I can;t take them out because they are exceptional.

eth can be unsocketed normally with oil of disjunction

On single player you can use plugy to display this info.

On the realm there is no tool which does this and is allowed. However once you get into a5 Terror and beyond, everything that drops (or that you gamble after being lvl 105+) has maximum item level.

IMHO no. If you need to complete missed challenges - you must train new char or ask another player the same class to update your charms. I did so
