At a second glance , SoJ is just so adorable compared to rare rings in median. Also , i do that as well. Usually not work my while , more chances in stuff dropping from killing whole packs of stuff. And in TA you will have to break barrels anyway at least once or twice unless you teleport/angel of death constantly.

i dont use them but i dont know if its worth it or not. they might not be bad, i think i saw at mephisto before that weapon/armor racks drop sacred base items, and if memory serves correctly it was the same base type every time, but i think only on sp

I loot every container too. I've gotten all the best gear from that!
Bosses seem to only drop gems/runes for me, never any epic weapons or armor...

Have you gotten to destruction farming areas..?

Hmm, I can't say. I'm not familiar enough with the game to know what that is yet.
In any case, I haven't farmed anything anywhere yet.
