You should kill the one in terror before 90 and cube your class charm (the charm you get from this : https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/quests/ennead) with a perfect gem to complate the quest.
HOWEVER on destruction difficulty you should kill it and it will drop Laser Focus Crystal.
To explain there is 4 quests that you should complate BEFORE DESTRUCTION

Level Challange 2 (TERROR) : https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/quests/levelchallenge2
Black Road Challange (TERROR) : https://docs.median-xl.com/doc/quests/blackroad
After you complate these you go into destruction and there is tons of quests that you can do. So the game divided between Before Destruction and After Destruction. The one you should do is level 1 challange, you get the laser focus crystal in the one of the DESTRUCTION difficulty quests.
