question regarding shrine crafting and magic sacred items ?

just wonder cant i reroll magic sacred to rare sacred anymore have a ton of them but can craft to rare sacred to make sacred uniqes like the chaos reroll recipe did cant find anything about it anywhere or is the magicsacred just usless items or can i just imbui it ones at act one iam confused :S

character level + 4 = ilvl from imbue

I dont believe this has any affect once you touch a shrine to it. A craft can still roll Lv 90 and if it's for your merc you prolly ilvl 1 it anyway.

:whatthe: higher ilvl unlocks more affixes it can roll, why would you zomg merc gear?

zomg is good for boots for casters because boots don't roll spell damage or pierce.
