Scrollwheel not available for hotkey use?

Was there a solution to this problem? I've been unable to solve this issue.

Tried to run all .exe's as admin and win xp sp3 compatibiity.
Nothing helped

Yeah i have the same problem too, my mouse buttons dont work either

Can´t tell you why, but suddenly my binding to mousewheel works fine since 2-3 weeks...
Love it!

Didnt´s change anything in the settings.

Having this issue as well

- Fresh install Diablo2 + LoD and fresh install median XL. (actually first time ever install of median XL).
Tried all the settings suggested based on google on this forum but no luck yet, maybe my google-fu isn't good as I thought it was..
When I scroll ingame I can hear it being "triggered"? but doesn't do any action ingame..

People in discord have suggested running the diablo 2 exe file in XP comparability setting so you could try that.

remap your mousewheel to keyboard keys

bind the remapped keys in game to prev/next skill

use scroll wheel like it's 2001
