Hi i wonder what damage this skill does and also is it weapon % base i could not find no information anywhere and i really looked everywhere.
Skill name Stormpike you can find it on SSU BOLTS Devil's dance.
its only lvl1 so i really am curious about damage that it does

It divides skills up by type: Spells, Attacks, and Buff/Debuff & Passive. Stormpike is an Attack. So click the Attack tab and type Stormpike in the filter. When it comes up, click the skill icon, then click Calculate to bring up the info.

Storm pike was 100% WDM before the big 2017 damage rework. It most likely is 50% now. As far as I remember, it was a lightning javelin was 100% conversion to lightning damage.

Well, if a quill spike is a single quill from the "quill storm" druid ability, it's 60% weapon dmg.
