So im making a throw barb using Kraken Stance from helm, using stampede and overkill as main attacks.
My understanding is that I need minus enemy resistance and look for flat elemental damage.
But what I want to know, will tri spell damage % affect my damage? Or do I need to go purely on flat elemental damage. Im not sure whether to invest in spell damage or flat elemental damage
