Teganze Mana Sweep

I have a question about the mana leech in teganze, bc watching a nugiyen a streamer that made a mana sorc, in teganze he can farm really fast because in that zone he doesnt leech mana from the umbaru spirits, so he can spam mana sweep for that reazon, but now that i am trying the same i leech mana, so my question is if that was a bug that median already fix or what, because i cant farm teganze right now

Wishmaster jewels, lucky armor pieces +1 phys res, etc

maybe he's mana + poison. 20% phys res from poison + spell dmg when hit. but my guess (could completely be missing something)

20% 5 point vengeful power
5% upgraded sunstone of the twin seas charm
5% demonic touch (gloves)
5% royal circlet (helm)
7% Riptide RW (boots) - also 3% max elemental resist makes me think this with 90% max res all
8 arkenstone jewels? - the only other 5% i see are on rings/which i doubt he's using due to mana bonuses

Vijerei (neck)/teganze/witchmoon (likely 3+sk witch) - (mana/energy/2-3skill/pys-mag spell dmg)
2x empyrean glory (rings) - (life/mana/attrib)
Cloak of the outcast (chest) - +mana/max mana/+5 skill/high tcd
Lilith's Temptation (belt) - high mf (considered champion of the triune, but not enough str to equip it without a lot of mo investment into -req/-req jewels. which arguably would be cheaper than 2 mf jewels and 3 arkenstones and potentially more gain)

I don't know what video you're looking at to see anything else. But judging from that health pool i'd guess the 2nd element is fire. (i considered ice as well, but given the gear that defense would be too low for snow queen)

edit: no shield adding defense. so ice is still a possibility. though i still think fire, it's hard to underestimate fire dance's bonus)

where is the phys resist on the gloves/boots. assuming 1% is from the base lucky roll and 4% for the jewel. But i'm not finding any unique jewels that also have the other stats listed. Since I don't see cannot be frozen. The affixes of phys resist also seems restricted to shields and not gloves/boots/jewels so it's not from that either.

Their's got to be a list of unique jewels outside the tiered uniques, or it's a mystical orb that provides +2 and restricted to 1. Though idk where to find a list of unique mo's (assuming the +mana is from the same jewel/mo that idk where to find. as is the % bonus to energy factor. blesses alone don't go that high, and you don't get double mo on crafts no more.

edit: also a +10 orb with +3 max elemental resists it looks like? on the empyreans & witchmoon. so a unique ring/ammy only orb (i really wanna know where to look these up lol, and do the unique upgrade recipe work for them similar to rings. where all non sacred ones are accessable through the upgrade. if only through a lottery lol)
