If I went with one pure element, I can get around -95% enemy elemental resist before picking a bow and factoring in charms
Chillstring would add -60% cold
Gjallara would be -35% lightning, not putting me over the pierce threshold until I factor in charms.
Ratbane would be - 30% fire if xbows work
Buriza is -50% cold if xbows work
Co Runeword is -50% cold with sick procs
Stardust is -18% all elements with singularity and meteor shower.
Crafted gear is also an option.
I'm thinking rainbow build would be nice to try first because I can reach the correct pierce. I'd spec cold/lightning/blade spirits and sweep for summons, defense and mana.
