what is best possible item for iron golem ? need some opinions

The Sangreal runeword in a pally shield gives you a cheap Demons Blood aura for more life and spell power.
You will probably die more than your golem. Unless you are immortal, I wouldn't pick anything expensive.

Hi I'd just like to add. I'm using a jinn build with all out abyss knights. I clear any high lvl area very fast.
I have 8 knights with satanic set. Each doing 17k+ area dmg. If u want fast clear speed choose them. I can also solo pretty much all ubers
