Best melee skill for on striking proc

I am playing a dual Axe barb and found out that his homing axes from Dead gaze don't proc X on striking. It's kinda sad because it is weapon damage based. So i would like to ask if anyone got a list of the best melee skill that unleash projectile and these projectile can proc X on striking. I only know two skills that great for that : retaliate and thunder slam. It seem every monster these two skill hit counted to the proc formula.

they do proc, but they only proc from the main hand weapon

the offhand weapon doesn't proc anything, not even on attack procs ( which is a bug )

The best skills for this are probably ancients hand/stormblast/ice burst.

Especially stromblast travels a huge distance and hits multiple times, each hit has a chance to proc your on striking.

When i am playing melee barb i am usually using TU chain mail to proc dozens of arrows every hit. Combined with leech this is really effective to help you stay alive

there was a build posted on old forum (maybe old old forum) that focused on using stormblast to proc on striking chains, as well as deal a significant amount of ele damage from kraken stance, as well as stacking CB.

imo, dual axe is good for charging blood hatred, and that alone. If you put points into it, it will give you HUGE losim. any direct melee hit you land while timer on BH is up will generate losim!! you don't have to keep using BH. just switch to it before timer runs out to refresh.

*gasp* I always thought you need non 100% physical WDM conversion for on-striking proc to work, guess I was wrong.

Go get punisher nova on melee attack instead

Seem good. Will try this.
I can confirm now that Stormblast proc a lot of on striking. And I will try a barb with long blast, max nephalem weapon, kraken stance, a bunch of element to weapon and nice CB with huge proc of time strike on striking. My questions: is it laggy? Is it viable? Anyway to improve it?
