Hmm, i wonder if you can add some way to play certain sound when item drop on the ground?

Doesnt need to be customizable, but it would be neat feature.
It should be only when item showed, i think.

Alright! We had a discussion on Discord with Rishab earlier and clarified what it could and couldn't do; here's how it looks so far:
1.) Same message for every notification; can't tell what dropped just from message.
2.) Always notifies for: belladonna, essences/runestone, great runes, cycles, enchanting crystals, emblems, wings of the departed, and trophies.
3.) Optionally notifies for: TUs, SUs and jewelry, sets, UMOs. GUI allows you to toggle each individually.
4.) Range ~2 screens (whatever the range for items to get loaded client-side is).
5.) Not limited by line-of-sight.

Does this look fine, or should something change?

optinally notify shrines, certain types of pgm like ruby, emerald.
idk how you gonna implement, but certainly it doesnt always make sense to notify for those, just sometimes its useful and if youre gonna use the filter either way you dont want to check the ground

It had shrine notify, but the distinct sound they make, coupled with the same-message-for-everything rule, made it feel like it'd just become a false alarm.
Also, Rish said they didn't want too much customisation; either it notifies for all shrines or none at all. Same would go for pgems, and the rate those drop at it'd definitely be a false alarm.

ok i guess then as compromise only all shrines since some ppl play without sound but want to craft with any shrine. since its optional it wont have an effect for those who dont want it, right?

Sometimes I'm afraid to miss SU or essences and sometimes really happened that walking for example to recover body i found Su on ground i didn't noticed early.

Also some builds i understand has 2 screen AoE Range if not more, so i guess this is really a useful implementation.
