ISO Advice on my throw sin

So currently my throw sin is level 125 and needs a lot of work. Shes kind of weak, I can't really do the 120 ubers. I can farm teganze, duncraig, ect. But I die to baal too fast and don't nearly deal enough damage to kill him without dying 868368395 times first lol. (Not sure if I've tried any others?) I did the weather control uber and died a thousand times it seems like but I got the charm. So I think the 125's are out of the question for now.
I'm kind of new to median, as it changes all the time and the last time I played was like 1.f9e? (I think thats the patch I last played like 9 years ago xD )
After 120 I've been kind of lost. Im not entirely sure what to do anymore because last time I played 120 was max level O.o

Just seeking some advice about my gear/skills and what I should be doing next to get going again from some other people who have played/know how to play throwsins.

personally beacon is a 1pointer also why use teifling if your not using spells? the +dex isnt that useful for you considering your a phys thrower, stick em in WotP

@Solfege Ty. Im reading it now, all though I did read this once before. I think it's time to do it again I'm noticing some stuff I missed.

@Arc_Razer Yeah I just realized that reading that other thread. I probably should have specified and said I'm a maelstorm throwsin. So most of my damage is converted to magic and is boosted by dex. Teifling is nice because it gives me +13% Ctb, +3 all skills , 120 max stamina (which I think is nice some people may not care), and adds almost 3000 damage to maelstorm. I tried using the ways before the pure magic maelstorm and I was just getting destroyed in dunc. With the same gear but respecing I was able to do it fairly easy.

DO NOT listen to this guy. Ways are useless, and tiefling form grants lot of dex. If you are scaling phys dmg, what do you want with fire dmg from wotp? Also, why are you putting that many points in queen of blades and beacon? Also life on attack doesnt work with ranged attacks, it works on melee attacks only.
