With vowels in English, I'm pretty sure "Auhe" would phonetically be "Ah" + "you" + "he" or "heh" for the last two letters. Because the "e" at the end makes the "u" pronounce it's letter.
Edit: Now that I think more about it, with some vowels at the forefront of a word, they also pronounce their letter, so it might actually be:
"A" (as in "acorn") + "you" + "he" or "heh"
