How to make mouse scroll working

If you want use mouse scroll, simple check Windows XP compatibility on game.exe and diablo2.exe for all users.

i can hear the sound of the scroll, but it wont let me assign the wheel to the next skill +previous skill hotkey or any key at all.

Just put mouse pointer on skill and click f1,again other skill f2 and you can roll
