I dont think its so good because it requires so much str to equip.
I think the shield Toraja's Champion is better, with that you can make a minion build and it give +500 life.

I think this is a throw barb weapon. Pair this with the +1% base block from the uberskill, and you have max block with little dex investment.

Sorry, i was very wrong. Barbs have a base block chance of 0, so you would need 4515 dex for max block at lvl120 and 4890 dex at lvl130 with the setup i mentioned :\

at lvl 120 with gladiator's dominance and that shield, you need 2572 dex for max block.

It should be 2265 since barb shields get the +1% for being class-specific.
