What are some good gear choices for ranger merc?

I am not entirely sure what to put on a ranger merc as in terms of endgame items.

Does anyone have a guide to follow of what to equip her with, or just general good items I can equip her with?

I was thinking of using TU short war bow for its miasma proc. It's quite strong slowing effect and it's on striking, triggers a lot.
