As for the Cata trap, i'd rather have the consistent dmg from lvling incin then waiting for my cata. Plus the lower cost makes it easier to just weave into a "rotation" ... I could be playing it wrong, but its been working well for me (currently 139).

This is off topic but, a Trap sin question nonetheless. Also, I apologize if this is a dumb question. So if I look at the ladder leaderboards, many assassins show they are using cluster bomb/various sentries. Aren't those skills gone? Is it because NotArmory hasnt caught up to assassin skill tree so it shows bombs/sentries but they are actually using traps? Any insight is appreciated.

NotArmory just isnt updated to handle the new traptree from what I gather.

@adamo68 could you show us your gear mate? I abandoned the trapsin at lvl 94 but might give her another try, seeing that the nerf didn't really affected her that much.

I’d rather have more extra damage when it really counts (Bosses) than higher base trap damage. For mob type enemies, my merc is handling them.

I think both ways have their own benefits. Go with what fits best for you. (Currently lvl 114.)

100% agree on 2 point investment for SR... it's basically free max phys res and a good chunk of movement speed.

I'd only put 8 points into subterfuge and only enough into perfect being to hit 50% avoid.

Subterfuge: 15. Loses a lot of % bonus past lvl 30ish
Immolation trap: 20. Enough for 100% pierce.
Shockwave trap: Max to -135% res. Boss killing skill.
Artifice mastery: 10. No need to say why.
Catalyst trap: Max.

Blink: 6. 3 seconds teleport.
Perfect Being: Max for dodge.
Beacon: 1
Prismatic Cloak: Max.

Stats:

Strength: Enough for Lavadome (250)
Dexterity: Enough for Spellgrip (169)
Energy: Did put around 50 for mana issues since this build cannot leech
Vitality: Rest

Haven’t died yet and hardest uber I’ve faced was Ajarat because stupid regen.

You should use Rha runeword in claws instead of TU wrist blades

Thanx mate, seems a pretty cheap build. How are you doing against ubers with this babe? I can take it that for farming Dunc she is more than capable of.

Rift 10, fautz, DC, triune, dc, etc are all brainless; just keep your SR up

Lorekeepers are the newest addition, I was running Kali RW or Blackjades and it did the same.
