as i followed the builds on median xl about my magic missles amazon ... i dont know what am i missing my mana regen is crap and i think something is missing , my dmg buffed is 10-13 k ,, i see ppl say 23 k dmg ... would please an expert look at my gear and see what am i doing wrong or what i have missing on gear.. i would be so thankful

First of all Try to improve your stat charms to get better rolls. (qt, fools gold, akarat)
Then try to craft jewels with -req gear and maybe some phys mag spell dmg. Then respec and try to not place that much stat points into dex / str and put them into energy.
After that get ridd of this sash and ring of regha. Its ok to put some res mos on your rings / amulet. But ring af regha isnt realy a thing at lvl 125.
Try to get another Kharos, maybe 2x +2 moed with phys mag spell dmg.
For the shield you could try Crimson Dream. I liked the gameplay, you will have bloodlust buff up 24/7 - and if you run low on life, just use antimass. It will improve your dmg by alot.
With this shield i would recomend you to skip balance (1point ) - max spellbind, and get def. harmony to 50% slow and place rest of the points into fire elementals. You can farm fauzt and other places without problems then. Fire elementals will get up to 30k+ life and they slow enemys.
Btw you can try to roll a better armor.

Thanks alot buddy i appreciate the help and the info will keep in mind once i get the shield . i also like the skills cost life better than mana as i have mana problems .
