Totem Necro Question

With the coming changes to totems I was curious as to whether or not totems count as minions for stats like minion damage and resistances.

No. They scale HP off totem mastery and damage from %spell dmg, -%enemy resistance, ene factor. So they behave like a spell.

my question: does "spell damage" include also not general "spell damage" but elemental (fire , cold, lightning and poison)?

each totem scales off their respective spell dmg (so fire totem benefits from %fire spell dmg), and since spell dmg is just all spell damages rolled in one (so 10% spell dmg is equal to 10% cold, fire, lightning, poison and phys/Magic spell dmg) it benefits all totems.
