Bringing more people to the party in your game/increasing current PlayersX setting on SP reduces GR/Sk/stone nodrop chance which, basically, increases their drop chance.

Not totally accurate. You reduce the nodrop chance per player when partied. If you're doing solo or its just you by yourself in a game of 8 players, it p7 is the same as p8, except p8 has more difficulty.
So when solo/unpartied, the nodrop is every odd number (p1/p3/p5/p7). When partied, its all numbers (p1/p2/p3/p4, etc)
Edit: Nodrop chance affects all items, so yes, uniques would drop more often (in the long run, can't compare 1 or 2 runs, ya know?).
